An enchanted garden, a place of wonder and delight, enticing in its ability to transport people into a fairy-tale world. A place where cultures can meet and intertwine in an unforgettable mix.

The overall concept for Natasha and Conrad’s wedding arose from Natasha’s initial ideas, which were given life and soul through Sira’s creative vision. She quickly grasped what Natasha was seeking, the emotions to evoke, along with the exciting challenges and possibilities of a mixed culture wedding.

Flawless Execution

The plan was to transform the ancient glamour of an Andalusian palace with sumptuous gardens in Marbella. The planning was meticulous - every detail was thought out perfectly. Sira’s natural style and elegance came into their own as the concept came to life: little details were conceived to heighten the beauty and joy at key stages of the celebration.

Additionally, possible problems were foreseen and contingencies pre-planned. Sira made it easy for Natasha to select the finest suppliers, as well as the venue itself.

The Celebration

The shimmering splendour of the Mediterranean sea was the backdrop for the welcome party, where guests began to connect over typical Spanish tapas.

On the wedding day, the initial anticipation and excitement slowly grew in Natasha’s villa with her inner circle, in an atmosphere of intimacy, adorning and pampering. An unforgettable day was beginning to unfold.

Natasha and Conrad exchanged vows in the amphitheatre. The ceremony was a symphony of beauty and elegance, the culmination of their love amplified by the melodies of a live string quartet and given renewed form by a watercolour, painted live by a renowned local star.

The palatial gardens, stunningly transformed into an enchanted fairy-tale, were the setting for the post-ceremony cocktail, reception and festivities. Joyful mingling over drinks gradually elevated into an explosion of colour and energy as the magic took hold, stimulating the senses with sparkle, perfume, live big band tunes, and elegant grace. Dinner expressed the best of Spanish cuisine, while cocktail bars positioned throughout offered assorted refreshments. No wonder the dancing lasted all night long.

Celebrations continued the following day with a Sangeet-Mehndi party. Guests were welcomed by Ganesha – as well as six 2 metre-high elephant statues on entering – and were then treated to a heady blend of colourful lehenga, music and delectable food cooked live by an Indian specialist caterer. Henna artists and memorable Bollywood-inspired dances were the crowning touches, meaning the experience evoked the best of an Indian festivity.

Lasting memories

A place of true wonder, Natasha and Conrad’s dream wedding, with Indian and Irish influences plus an infusion of southern Spain, was beautiful confirmation that love can bring together people, traditions and cultures, to astound and create eternal memories.
